Promoting the Work/Life Wellness Needs of BIPOC (Black; Indigenous; Multiracial; Asian; Non-White Latinx Populations) Employees

We facilitate activities to increase understanding about how the realities & adverse impact of racial bias as well as structural, systemic, & institutional racism inform inequitable life outcomes, including health & wellness disparities for BIPOC populations.  This is essential when working with intention to create workplace cultures of respect & belonging and where the everyday experiences of all individuals are validated.
